What is Hoopla?
Hoopla is a digital streaming service for library members to access eBooks, audiobooks, movies, music, and TV shows using portable devices like smartphones and tablets.

Step 2: Enter your information. You will need to enter your email address and create a password. You will hit the blue “Agree” button to agree to the terms and conditions.
Step 3: Choose Union Free Public Library from a list of public libraries. You may have to type in the full name “Union Free Public Library” before it pops up. Hit the blue “Next” button.
Step 4: Enter the 14-digit number found on the back of your library card. If you have misplaced your card, the library staff can provide you with your library card number, or with a replacement card. Hit the blue “Sign Me Up” button.
